Deloitte Recruitment, Experienced Hires

One of many recruitment campaigns I’ve led as a CD and writer for Deloitte. This campaign aimed at experience technology hires ran in 2022. We alternated visual styles to help prevent banner blindness. Creative was also placed in LinkedIn and included native ads as well. Below are two :15 pre-roll ads, as well as story board frames from the animated banners that ran and static final frames of additional creative. I served as Creative Director and co-wrote the assets.
